How Can I Create My Card Password by SMS?

By writing “SIFRE” and then your 4 digits passwords which you shall compose, first 2 letters of your FibaKey and the last 4 digits of your card, by leaving a blank between them; you can send SMS to 3422. In the first transaction you shall make at the ATMs or POS devices, your password shall be uploaded to your card and shall be activated accordingly.
EXAMPLE: “SIFRE 1234 AN 5678” ➜ SMS shall be sent to 3422.

When My Card Is Renewed, Shall Its Password Change?

Upon expiry of your card, in case of any failure in the chip installed on the card or in renewal transactions made due to physical damage, you do not need to create a new password. By your new card, you can enter the password of your previous card in your ATM or POS transactions. After a transaction, your password shall be defined automatically to your new card.

When My Card Is Renewed Due to Loss/Theft, Shall Its Password Change?

Yes. For your card renewed due to Loss/Theft, you can create your new password via our Fibabanka Mobile and Internet Banking channels, by SMS or by calling our Phone Banking at 444 88 88. After you create your new password, in the first transaction you shall make at the ATMs and POS devices, your password shall be loaded onto your card, and it shall be activated accordingly.

Is There Anything Extra I Have to Do When I First Create or Change My Password?

When you first create password for your Fibabanka Hızlı Kart, you can use your password immediately in your shopping (retail) transactions. And, when you change your current password, you can activate your new password by 2 methods defined below:

  • To log into any transaction screen in an ATM (For instance: You can log into the Account Balance menu and display the balance).
  • Entering, 4 times repeatedly in a POS device, your password that you renewed (in the first 3 times you enter it, POS device shall display a response that “your password is incorrect”, in the 4th time you try it, your transaction shall be executed successfully and your new password shall be recorded in the chip installed on your card).

Your card information is still secure with Masterpass, and is not stored on your device. How do I delete my Masterpass account?

You can delete your account at any time by logging on from your computer. First, you'll need to sign into your Masterpass account using either your mobile number or email. Your bank card with Maestro brand shall be cancelled and closed for use, upon your first ATM/POS transaction you shall make by your new printed Hızlı Kart. You can continue with your shopping (retail) transactions by your Hızlı Kart.

I Have a Bank Card with Maestro Brand. I Have Applied for Digital Hızlı Kart. And, Then I Have Also Applied for Printed Hızlı Kart. How Can I Use My Cards?

Your Maestro card shall be closed for use, upon the first transactions you shall make by one of your digital or printed Hızlı Karts. You can destroy your card. In the process thereafter, you can continue to use both your printed Hızlı Kart as well as your digital Hızlı Kart jointly.

How A Card Shall Be Renewed?

When the time to renew (extend) the validity period of your bank card with Maestro brand, in case of loss/theft or due to any magnetic failure, all kinds of printed card renewals shall be made on the basis of Fibabanka Hızlı Kart.
